Terms of sale

1. Research use only

All products sold by Research Peptides Co. are intended solely for in-vitro research and laboratory use by qualified persons. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods or cosmetics and are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease.

2. Buyer representations

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes, and that you will handle, store and dispose of products in accordance with applicable laws and laboratory safety practices.

3. Refusal of service

We reserve the right to cancel any order, without liability, if we believe the products are intended for human consumption or any use other than lawful research.

4. Limitation of liability

Products are provided as described in their Certificate of Analysis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products concerned.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the seller is registered.
